Aim: To inform, develop and test the feasibility of an eHealth, family-based CVD risk reduction program – ‘Heath-e-Hearts’ Methods: To conduct a systematic review of the facilitators and barriers of eHealth, family-based interventions Expected Outcomes: 1. Feasibility of Health-e-Hearts 2. Determine effectiveness of Health-e-Hearts to reduce CVD risk and improve health behaviours of families for up to 6 months 3. Refine Health-e-Hearts for fully powered Randomised Control Trial |
