Description of Project: Aim; Methods; Expected Outcomes
|
The PASSION-HF consortium aims to develop an integrated e-Health product called “Abby” improving the self-care of patients with chronic heart failure, including self-prescription of medication. Abby will include novel features such as a decision support engine, interactive physician avatar interface, serious gaming tools and a self-learning feedback system. The project will consist of three work packages, firstly though qualitative and quantitative data, patients with heart failure and their family members will provide their perspectives and preferences towards an eHealth product. The e=Health product named “Abby” will be designed, before clinical implementation and feasibility/safety testing of the product. The e=Health product currently named “DoctorMe” will be designed, before clinical implementation and feasibility/safety testing. Outcomes:
