Description of Project:

Aim; Methods; Expected Outcomes

Aim: To determine the current scope of practice and educational preparation of Heart Failure Nurses working across Europe, and affiliated ESC countries.

Methods: Online survey (via Qualtrics) emailed to HFA ambassadors across Europe. Survey disseminated in English, with an accompanying translated version for nurses in Spain, Lithuania, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands etc. The survey is due to complete in August 2022, with results published and presented in 2023.

Expected Outcome:

· Data to target future education and practice development

· Data to demonstrate current nursing HF practice within different European settings

· Increase European collaborative working between National HF societies and Patient care committee of the HFA
