Melissa McAllister

Melissa McAllister - PSS Rep

As Personal Assistant to the Head of School, my main role is to ensure the effective and efficient management of all matters relating to the leadership and management of the School while managing the Head of Schools diary.  I enjoy my job although at times can be extremely busy and challenging, I feel I receive the required support from my colleagues and management to ensure my role is carried out to the highest standard, whilst I still achieve job satisfaction.

I appreciate the support I receive to be able to work flexibly in a way which best suits me and helps me achieve a work life balance.
