I study how policies and farm decisions can deliver sustainable land use and resilient rural systems. My work combines quantitative evaluation and field insight to assess agri-environment and rural programmes, farm performance, and the economics of animal health and welfare. I focus on farmer behaviour, incentives, and the role of training and education in adoption. Increasingly, I link this with One Health and climate resilience, producing practical evidence and tools for policymakers and advisors.
