- Regularly communicates research to non-specialist audiences via the Irish Farmers Journal and open webinars for farmers and advisors.
- Co-designed veterinary training workshops, strengthening disease-control practice across Northern Ireland
- Delivers stakeholder briefings to DAERA and presentations to the CAFRE Knowledge Advisory Service (KAS) Board, translating findings into actionable guidance.
- Invited speaker on publishing and science–policy engagement (e.g., Agricultural Economics Society of Ireland; IFSCA, Nigeria).

- Policy impact: Research informed the redesign of NI schemes (e.g., EBDG → Business Sustainability Groups), shaped BDG/FBIS evaluations, and supported DAERA’s land mobility review.
