Queen's Film Theatre
QFT boasts two screens as well as a spacious café/bar and foyer area:

- Screen 2: Capacity 91
- Café/Bar/Foyer: Capacity 120
Student work is screened at Queen’s Film Theatre as are undergraduate and postgraduate course films. Many of our students play an active role in the running of the QFT.
There is an extensive and expanding library collection of films on VHS and DVD with viewing facilities in the library and a book and periodical collection related to film and lens-based media.
We work closely with Belfast Exposed (one of Ireland’s leading photography galleries) who provide expert tuition and production facilities for our photography modules.
Through the CETL Creative Arts Programme, we are now running an artists-in-residence scheme with creative professionals in film, photography, drama and music providing tuition and mentoring for Queen’s students.
