“A very enjoyable course that was suited to my chosen career. The other students were great to work with, and I thoroughly enjoyed learning about their different areas of work. They were also very supportive. After taking this course, I feel I will be able to better myself within practice management in General Practice. I can't thank the staff and Queen's enough!”
“The content being so reflective made the theories easy to understand. I also liked the reflection on which type of leader we are ourselves.”
“The course had excellent structure with regard to content and slides. There was also a good use of tech to augment the course.”
“The aspect of the course I enjoyed most was the conceptualisation about management in leadership”
