Professor Saskia van Ruth

RESEARCH FOCUS

My research focuses on food integrity and includes three lines: (a) risk management and prevention strategies, (b) physics-based detection strategies, and (c) foods and social corporate responsibility. Research comprises both natural and social sciences aspects.
