My research focuses on cancer genomics and bioinformatics, investigating how non-coding mutations drive cancer progression. I integrate GWAS, epigenetics, and tumour sequencing to identify regulatory elements influencing disease risk. In colorectal cancer and AML, I study cryptic transcription and translation to understand how tumour-specific antigens arise and are regulated. Functional genomics experiments are used to explore the mechanisms underpinning these processes and their translational potential.
