National Postdoc Appreciation Week (NPAW) is taking place from Monday 20th September to Friday 24th September to celebrate the contributions of postdoctoral researchers to research across the world.

- Celebrating successes - exploring diverse careers in the Postdoc afterlife: Mon 20 Sep (11:00 – 12:30). This panel discussion features former postdocs now in a range of career paths (academic or not) reflecting on how they got where they are. They include Dr Alison Garden, UKRI Future Leaders Fellow at Queen's
- Postdoc Awards 2021 - winners announcement: Wed 22 Sep (14:00 – 14:30). Every year, the Postdoc Awards celebrate the achievements of Queen's postdocs in research, support and citizenship and outreach. The winners will be announced via the PDC’s Twitter account (@QUBPostdoc), then listed on the PDC website (MHLS, EPS, AHSS)
- National Postdoc Conference 2021: Fri 24 Sep (9:15 – 16:30). The NPDC virtual conference features a range of talks, bite-size interactive sessions and networking opportunities around the theme "New realities, stronger connections, successful futures"
