Digital Operations Group (DOG)

The Digital Operations Group (DOG) is responsible for implementing and overseeing governance practices related to the use of the Web Content Management System (Web CMS) for creating, publishing, and maintaining university websites. As part of this role, DOG reviews all requests for new websites and evaluates change requests for existing sites.

All New Website Requests or Change Requests must be submitted to DOG using the appropriate online forms. Each request type has a defined process with supporting resources to guide staff.

Once a request is submitted, DOG members review it, agree on the appropriate course of action, and communicate the outcome to the staff member who submitted it.
