QUB African and Caribbean Medical Association was established in 2020. Our aims are:
- To provide social, emotional, and academic support for medical students of African and Caribbean backgrounds
- To create a platform to develop a professional network between graduates and current students of Queen's University
- To increase the presence and to help African and Caribbean students aspire to medicine and the healthcare profession

Asian Medical Students’ Association (AMSA) is a peak representative organisation for medical students from across Asia, the Asia-Pacific and beyond.
First established in 1985, there are now 24 member chapters in Asia and Oceania, including Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. AMSA has representatives for and works closely with WHO, ASEAN, IFMSA and EMSA. These representatives present annual paper reports on the ventures of Asian medical students as well as voicing our views and concerns revolving important issues in Asia and worldwide.

QUB's official Canadian-American society! Great way to meet other students at Queen's that may share your interests. Membership is open to all students - you do not have to be Canadian/American!
CASA events are inclusive to all QUB students! It is a great way for students to socialize and meet people, gain insight into Canadian and American culture, and, if you are Canadian/American, alleviate homesickness.

We’re a non-profit, non-political society, and also an official member of UK Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA). Established in 1999, we have witnessed the growth of Chinese students group in Belfast, as well as deeper communication with university academy and local society.
We are dedicated to improving wellbeing of our members, to enrich Chinese students’ study and social life, to enhance Chinese scholars’ general impact, and to promote Chinese traditional culture towards people in Ireland.

The Queens University Egyptian Society creates a home away from home for all Egyptian students coming to study in Belfast and shares Egypt's rich culture with all QUB students.
This is a society that allows Egyptian students to meet up regularly and engage in social events such as Egyptian movie nights and dinners as well as getting to know the other Egyptian students of QUB, which will hopefully keep the feeling of being a part of a community. Our society also aims to launch as many trips around Belfast and Northern Ireland as possible to help students explore their new home for the coming years.

Indonesia Student Society is established as social, cultural and educational platform for Indonesian Students in Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Our existence is trying to act as the second home/family for them.
We would like to create a home away from home environment for Indonesian Students in Queens with Indonesian values. We are also trying to identify a potential individual for running the amount of programs in Belfast.

STUDENT BLOG: Queen's International Student Society (QISS): Bridging Cultures and Creating Community

This is a society that gives Muslim students at Queen's the opportunity to meet up together on a regular basis and make new friends! We meet up every Wednesday for our weekly Halaqas where we have short reminders about different aspects of Islam.
There are plenty of other events that take place during the year as well, such as Discover Islam Week, Charity Week, Isoc day trips etc.

Belfast JSoc is a small student formed and student led society; based at Queen’s University Belfast, but open to students from all universities in the North. Through numerous events and activities, we are the social space on campus, and the community for Jewish students who have moved to Belfast for their studies. We partake in events across the British Isles with the Union of Jewish Students (UJS), and also fall under the umbrella of the European Union of Jewish Students (EUJS), and the World Union of Jewish Students (WUJS).

Our main focus is to help both the Malaysian students and families currently residing in Belfast to achieve maximum comfort living abroad. Since we have rather small community here in Belfast, all of our members share a strong bond with each other, strong enough to consider ourselves as one huge family. We organise quite a number of activities throughout the year to help each other overcome any homesick feelings that would naturally occur for students studying abroad.

As a languages' society, our aim is to share our passion for Spanish and Portuguese and to bring students together by celebrating Hispanic and Lusophone cultures around the world.
We’re an all-inclusive society that encourages members from all backgrounds. Every year we hold a variety of events, from our Intercambios and food-tasting nights to Carnaval and the Modern Languages Formal. We’ll also keep you up to date on any related events taking place on campus, such as film nights at the Queen’s Film Theatre.
