Our in-house catering team, Campus Food and Drink work across the Lanyon site and in Riddel Hall to bring energy and creativity to the art of fine dining. Our carefully considered dishes provide the perfect blend of classic and contemporary cuisine, using only the freshest seasonal local ingredients.
We can accommodate all food and beverage requirements, from tea and shortbread for a small meeting to a showstopping black-tie banquet. We are passionate about delivering exquisite service, and will work with you to create a bespoke menu perfect for your event.
With advance notice we can cater for most dietary requirements, our chefs are also happy to amend a menu or design a menu to suit your individual requirements.
