Inspired by Dr. Harry Barry's book 'Emotional Resilience' in this session you’ll be introduced to the emotional resilience toolkit and develop the skills to bounce back from setbacks, stay grounded during uncertainty, and build the inner strength needed to navigate the highs and lows of postgraduate taught study with confidence.
