Colleagues are invited to attend an in-person, faculty-specific workshop on the UKRI Concordat for Environmental Sustainability in Research and Innovation Practice of which the University is now a signatory. The Concordat sets out principles for embedding sustainability into research and innovation activities and practices. Compliance with these principles will be a requirement for future research funding.

The workshops are designed to:

• Outline the key aspects of the Concordat
• Consider its relevance to your work and research practices
• Identify opportunities to support sustainability and meet future funding requirements
• Signpost to available support and resources
