As part of the Reach ’26 Arts and Sustainability Festival, we’re thrilled to welcome ‘the repair project’, a unique creative collaboration with Ulster University School of Art.

Come be part of something meaningful, mindful, and beautifully collaborative. Together, we’ll be building a large-scale piece of artwork that celebrates the craft of repairing, mending, and extending the life of the things we love.

This project invites us to slow down, reconnect with our belongings, and rediscover the joy and emotional value that comes from caring for what we have.

Drop in anytime between 12 and 2pm, take a seat, pick up a needle and thread, and add your own touch through sewing, darning, repairing, or simply embellishing the shared material.

No experience needed just curiosity, creativity, and a few mindful minutes. We’ll provide everything else.

  • Relax
    Learn something new
Make your mark on a collective artwork

Sewing and mending aren’t just practical - they’re good for the soul.Come along and be part of this inspiring celebration of creativity, sustainability, and community.
