Hugo MacNeill is a former Irish rugby international who has four decades of leadership experience in building relationships North-South, especially through is work in organising the Peace International, as former Chairman of The Ireland Funds and as current Chairman of the British-Irish Association.

Ian Marshall is a former President of the Ulster Farmers' Union (UFU) and is Business Development Manager at the Institute for Global Food Security in Queen's University Belfast. In 2018, he was elected as an Independent Senator to Seanad Éireann. This was the first occasion that a Unionist was elected to the Senate.
