The Faculty of Arts Humanities and Social Sciences have collaborated with the University of Petra in Amman Jordan to offer our students an exciting opportunity to study at the University of Petra Culture. This is a cultural programme which enriches student study, their degree and their skills development for future employment.

As representatives of QUB in Jordan, you will meet students and staff from the University of Petra, along with leaders of Jordan’s cultural institutions. Along the way, you will get to explore Jordan, visiting Amman, Petra, the Dead Sea, and other exciting locations. This international trip encourages to you think about how you experience the world, learn about different cultures, and adapt to new places – all positive attributes which employers appreciate.

Must be a current second year student studying in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. If the programme is oversubscribed, we will use a secondary criteria for scoring applications based on students’ average module mark from their first year of study.
