The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set out a framework for eliminating poverty, taking action on climate change, and creating a more just and sustainable future for all. Like other universities across the UK, QUB is examining how to map our current education practices onto the SDGs.

This is a student-led audit, for which students are trained and supported by SOS-UK staff. SOS-UK staff bring expertise on student engagement and training, sustainability and education to equip participating students with the necessary knowledge, skills and attributes to be empowered as auditors of the formal curriculum.

The EPS Schools offering the programme are:

  • Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (CCE)
  • Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE)
  • Mathematics and Physics (MAP)
  • Natural and Built Environment (NBE)
  • Psychology
