Sinead O’Kane is the Outreach Officer responsible for developing and delivering programmes designed to support and empower students from a Care Experienced background. Sinead also coordinates and oversees the delivery of several Care Experienced programmes, including Numeracy Together, Reading Together, and Steps to Success, ensuring that students receive the guidance and resources needed to thrive in higher education.  Additionally, Sinead works with Care Experienced students on a one-to-one basis during their studies at Queen’s University Belfast. Sinead is the key contact for students in care both before their entry to Queen’s University Belfast and throughout their academic journey.
