Patricia is the Outreach Officer responsible for the Junior Academy and Junior Academy Sports Programmes. As part of the Junior Academy, Patricia oversees and organises events and activities to raise the aspirations and support the attainment of young people in Years 9-12, including taster days, study skills and subject specific masterclasses. As part of the Junior Academy Sports Programme Patricia oversees the delivery of three programmes for Years 8-10. In Year 10 the programmes culminate with participants completing a Level 1 Sports Leadership Award accredited through Sports Leaders UK.
