Olivia Brabazon (QUB), Young people and PEACE: a conflict transformation positioned exploration of EU PEACE Programme youth programming in Northern Ireland and the Irish Border Region.

Olivia Brabazon is a PhD candidate in the department of Politics, School of History, Anthropology, Philosophy and Politics.  With an interest in the field of peace studies, prior to coming to Queen’s University Belfast Olivia completed an MA in Peace, Conflict and Development studies at the University of Bradford.

Her PhD research takes a conflict transformation positioned exploration of EU PEACE Programme youth programming. Her wider research interests include conflict transformation theory, young people in conflict affected societies, and contemporary European conflict.
