Master Your Leadership is a skills development programme that is targeted at Postgraduate Taught students and supports the University’s Postgraduate Strategic priorities of leadership, innovation and excellence, enrichment and employability.

The programme uses an active learning pedagogy and combines disciplinary excellence, transdisciplinary intellectual engagement and high-level employer partnership; combined to support our students to develop themselves as “Future Leaders”.
The programme through active exploration of leadership concepts promotes collaboration, inspiring behavioural change, self-motivation and influence of others to be their ‘best self’. Students learn about, experience and apply personal leadership skills in a simulated reality of ‘work that builds confidence, empathy, communication, team-working skills and competences.
Students must be available to attend all in person sessions:
