Alison McElveen

Director Reporting Services, Chief Executive Office & Strategic ICT

Responsibilities

A member of FSNI’s Executive Board and Audit Committee, she has overall responsibility for the Chief Executive Office determining strategy and ensuring the achievement of strategic and operational plans. Alison is responsible for leading on Business Improvement, Customer Account Management, Information Assurance, Communications and Corporate Governance.

For the past 6 years Alison has also been responsible for FSNI’s Reporting Services Directororate leading the teams responsible for forensic case management and strategies, scene attendance and provision of expert witness services to the CJS.  

In addition Alison provides strategic direction for the Digital/ICT Strategy development and delivery for the Agency.  

Background

Alison joined FSNI in November 2006 as the HR Manager, and was appointed as Corporate Services Director in January 2008. Formerly her background was predominantly in the private sector, having worked for British Airways and the BBC in a variety of positions.
