The Community Fridge and Pantry at BT9

Tackling waste and food insecurity, the new Community Fridge and Pantry at Queen’s is making sustainable living more accessible. Supported by philanthropy through the Queen’s Annual Fund, this initiative repurposes donated items, cultivates fresh produce in a community garden, and offers workshops on growing your own food. Any surplus supplies are shared with local food banks, ensuring that nothing goes to waste while supporting those in need.
