Planetary Screens

September 4th & 5th, 2025

Planetary Screen was an academic gathering to include scholarly papers, creative practice- based research presentations and screenings that reflect the centrality of the planetary in film and screen media, with consideration for the context of the environmental emergency.

The conference took place at Queen's University Belfast on September 4th & 5th, 2025, and was attended by 25 international delegates, as well as several colleagues and staff.
