ACCEPT YOUR OFFER

Your first step is to accept your offer on the Queen's Portal.

Pay your program deposit

After you have decided to accept your offer to study at Queen's, you will need to pay your program deposit.

The deposit amount and payment instructions can be found in your admissions offer letter. If you have any questions around making this payment please reach out to our team at northamerica@qub.ac.uk

Apply for Scholarships

We understand that funding your degree requires significant financial commitment.

At Queen's, we aim to offer scholarship opportunities to students to help make their studies more affordable. We offer several generous scholarship opportunities that are specifically for International Students and North American Students. Learn more about the different awards available and how to apply for them if you are eligible.

Apply for university accommodation

Queen's University Belfast guarantees a spot in university housing for all International Students in their first year with us.

Applications for the 2026-27 academic year open up in early February 2026 with a closing deadline of 30 June.  Applications are advised as early as possible for best chances of receiving your room preference and can be made as soon as you receive an offer of admission. You can start doing your research on which accommodation options are a best fit for you now by visiting the Accommodation website.
