• Leads and manages the MHLS Faculty Student Recruitment Hub team to ensure we meet our ambitious global student recruitment targets set by Strategy 2030.
• Represents the Faculty and its four schools at university committees and provides marketing and recruitment direction to each of the faculty committees.
• Supports the Faculty Deans to deliver their portfolios, working closely with the Dean of Internationalisation and Dean of Education.
• Develops the Faculty’s partnership portfolio.

• Acts as the main point of contact for international recruitment enquiries and activity for the faculty.
• Liaises with and provides support to in-market staff in various regions worldwide.
• Attends in market activity including visits to partner institutions, high school visits, exhibitions, and agent activities.
• Works with INTO Queen’s to ensure maximum student progression to the faculty.
• Supports with international virtual school led applicant and conversion activities.
• Coordinates international campus visits from external stakeholders.

• Representing the faculty at school visits and presentations across Northern Ireland and Great Britain.
• Works with INTO Queen’s to ensure maximum student progression to the faculty.
• Supports student progression from China Queen’s College to courses within the faculty.
• Supports with the organisation and delivery of on campus events for international and domestic students.
• Coordinates engagement with faculty alumni.

Eoin Jennings

• Develops and delivers marketing and communications for the MHLS Faculty Student Recruitment Hub.
• Coordinates marketing materials and collaborating with Schools on unique selling points.
• Oversees how we use printed collateral including banner stands and leaflets.
• Manages our digital recruitment campaigns.
• Develops our digital assets including video content, web updates, course finder pages and imagery.
• Line management of the Digital Marketing Officer.

Rebecca Atkinson

• Plans and produces creative visual assets to support a wide range of student recruitment activity
• Works with student ambassadors to create organic content to support the student recruitment decision making process
• Develops and maintains email communications
• Oversees the MHLS lead management process on CRM and supports the Marketing and Communications Officer to review performance of campaigns and marketing activity

Jakub Bojanowski

• Responsible for managing and maintaining Faculty related websites.
• Collaborates with schools and marketing teams to update web content to ensure smooth functionality, optimize user experience, and implement SEO strategies.
• Monitors UX and analyses website traffic and user behaviour to improve the overall user experience.
• Utilizes web analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights.

• Organise and manage all MHLS domestic recruitment and conversion events on campus and online.
• Coordinates the Faculty’s contribution to centrally organised domestic recruitment and conversion events.
• Representing the faculty at school visits and presentations across Northern Ireland.
• Supports with on campus and in market GB activity.
• Oversees course finder updates.
• Manages the Faculty’s Student Ambassadors.
