Educational Aims Of Programme
This programme is designed to meet the continuing professional development needs of those staff working in primary care. There is an emphasis on providing a flexible, and accessible training.
On successful completion of the programme students should be able to:
• Demonstrate knowledge of skills, techniques and approaches required for leadership, coaching or the social model for health and well-being
• Apply these skills in the Primary Care setting.
• Show evidence of reflection on their experience and professional practice
• Demonstrate transferable skills acquired through the modules chosen and improve their own learning and experience
