Examinations
• A candidate who fails one or more modules is permitted one further attempt to pass at the next available opportunity for a maximum mark of 50% subject to General Regulations.
Awards, Credits & Progression of Learning Outcomes
• A candidate who has a mark of 50% or more will be permitted to transfer to the MSc in Ecological Management and Conservation Biology after payment of any appropriate fee to the Finance Department; the regulations governing the MSc in Ecological and Conservation Biology will then apply.

EDUCATIONAL AIMS OF PROGRAMME

• To prepare graduates in the life sciences and those with other relevant first degrees for careers in business, industry and other areas of professional scientific employment.
• To give students with appropriate scientific backgrounds the opportunity to expand their knowledge and practical experience of ecological management and conservation biology
