I have a booking on campus, will my event go ahead?

Your event will be cancelled and University staff will be in touch to help rearrange a date for your booking.

How do I cancel my event?

Internal users can access this on QOL by clicking on Timetabling and Room Booking and ‘My Current Online Bookings’  and ‘GO’ . Beside each booking is a ‘cancel’ button.

External users should contact Eventus, 028 9097 2508.

Will I be charged if the University can no longer accommodate my event?

In these circumstances you will not be charged, the team will be happy to work with you to reschedule an alternative date.

I have an event booked in June / July / August, will my event go ahead?

This is an ever-changing situation and we will keep updating the information on our website as the situation develops.

What if I have incurred costs associated with my event?

Internal events should liaise through their School, Faculty or Directorate to capture the extent of any costs.

External event organisers should liaise with Eventus on the following events@qub.ac.uk
