Student Support Meetings: Thursday 6 November 2025 - Thursday 20 November 2025

Deadline for Student Appeals to the Faculty Student Appeals Committee (FSAC): Thursday 20 November 2025 (end of day, 23:59 GMT)

Sifting and Review Process: Monday 24 November 2025 - Friday 28 November 2025

Appeals disseminated to Schools on a rolling basis and School will be advised by the Appeals team of the deadline for their School Response.

Christmas Closure Period: Wednesday 24 December 2025 - Friday 2 January 2026

FSAC Meetings: Monday 5 January 2026 - Friday 9 January 2026

 

Students will receive their FSAC outcome within eight working days of the decision being made.

Students will be notified of the deadline for appeals to the Central Student Appeals Committee (CSAC) in the FSAC outcome.

Students will be notified of the date and time of their CSAC meeting at least five working days before the date of the meeting.

All formal correspondence arising from these processes will normally be issued to students via their University email address.
