Students will be notified of the deadline for appeals to CSAC in the FSAC outcome.

Students will be notified of the date and time of their CSAC meeting at least five working days before the date of the meeting.

A revised appeal procedure has been implemented in respect of appeals following the Semester Two Assessment Period during Academic year 2020-21. This is to accommodate the extended assessment period, and the later than normal University deadline for publication of results.

Under the revised procedure, students with appeals relating to progression or degree classification, who wish to have their appeal considered before the Supplementary Assessment Period must submit their FSAC appeal together with all supporting evidence, within five working days of the date of the University deadline for publication of results.  Any appeals relating to other issues such as the capping of module marks, or those submitted by the normal ten working days deadline (i.e. 12 noon on 20 July 2021), will be considered with the next round of appeals following the Supplementary Assessment Period.   There will be no appeal against the decision to hold the appeal until the next round of appeals.
