Scheduled Poisons are those as listed in Schedule 1 of the Poisons Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1983. Special restrictions apply relating to storage, conditions of sale and keeping of records of sale. There are no restrictions on the purchasing of scheduled poisons and no licences are required to store and use scheduled poisons.
