Queen’s Sustainability Action Programme aims to inspire, equip and support students to bring about positive action for both our climate and biodiversity.

Students have a key role to play in helping Queen's University achieve their Net Zero aspirations, by acting to reduce their personal carbon footprint and the university's impact on our planet. By joining the Sustainable Action Programme, Queen’s students can gain knowledge and skills in multiple topics by taking part in a range of workshops - Carbon Literacy and Sustainable Development Goals training, and project management workshops. Students will gain practical experience in project management and implementation, whilst playing a key role in helping the University implement its Net Zero Strategy.

The training will align with the University’s Net zero carbon aspirations and its Strategy 2030 commitment to embed the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across its activities.
