Quiet Time and One-To-One Appointments
To support the diverse needs of our students, this year’s Autumn Fair will feature a period of ‘quiet time’ from 2.30pm – 3pm on both days, when numbers will be restricted and noise levels reduced.
We will be offering opportunities for one-to-one employer conversations to Queen's students who, due to a disability or health condition, will find it difficult to attend the careers fair.
A maximum of three, 10-minute employer conversations will be offered. These will take place in a quiet area within the Fair between 11.00am and 3.00pm.
Students seeking these appointments should be registered with Queen's Accessible Learning Support.
Please note that bookings have now closed for these appointments.

Our next Spring Careers Fair will take place on Wednesday 11 February 2026 for students who would like top chat with employers offering graduate, placement or internship opportunities.
More details will be announced closer to the time.
Northern Ireland Graduate Recruitment Fair 2025
Where Talent Meets Opportunity!
The Northern Ireland Graduate Recruitment Fair was back for 2025.
The Fair was held on Tuesday 03 June 2025 from 11am - 3pm at Queen's University Belfast at the Whitla Hall and South Dining Hall.
Held in partnership with Queen’s University Belfast and Ulster University, and proudly sponsored by Alternative Heat, with nijobfinder as our media partner, it was an unmissable opportunity for final year students and recent graduates (within the past two years) to connect with top employers offering graduate roles and training programmes.
What do our students think of our Careers Fairs?

It was amazing basically because we found a lot of opportunities that we can explore going forward in our careers.
There were a lot of companies that we did not even know existed so for me the Fair made an outstanding impression. Shukla Aakanksha
Master of Business Administration, Queen's University Belfast
What do our employer partners think of our Careers Fairs?

What a fabulous day at the Careers Fair.
We have had so many people come to the stand asking such brilliant questions about us, enquiring what they can do moving forward and there has just been a real buzz. Sarah Fowler
