Start off the new year and new semester by learning how to crochet with Mind Your Mood. Aisling, faculty representative for AHSS will lead this event, providing a design for a winter blanket to keep you warm during January.

Wellbeing on Weekdays (WOW) events are based on the Public Health Agency's 'Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing': Connect, Keep Learning, Be Active, Take Notice, Give.

This event will focus on ‘Keep Learning’. 

During this Wellbeing On Weekdays (WOW) event, Mind Your Mood are encouraging all students to connect and come together to learn a new skill. Meet us in The Cube, One Elmwood on Monday 30th January from 13:30-15:30 where the first 20 registered students will get a free pack of crochet materials. The event is capped at 30 students, and the remaining 10 are asked to bring their own materials (crochet hook & wool). Patterns will be printed and provided to all attendees.  

Registration Information 

Registration for this event is required. Please use the below links to register depending on whether you would like to use one of our free crochet materials packs, or to let us know that you are able to bring your own. Please only register for one. Both forms have a limit on the number of attendees that can register, so if the event is fully booked, please email mindyourmood@qub.ac.uk
