Cook for yourself to save money - I recommend Lidl

Tip 1: Don't forget to bring your own shopping bag

Tip 2: Get reduced prices in the late afternoon

Tip 3: Get Lidl Plus app or a Tesco Clubcard for discounts 

Pork and salmon are cheaper in the UK than in Indonesia but overall food shopping is more expensive but it follow the standard of living in the UK

Tip 4: Walk instead of taking a taxi or a bus - get a free yLink card for student discounts

Explore the city and get to know new poeple. Try bowling and mini golf- £9 per person

Tip 5: List your spending- grocery shopping, coffees etc - add it all up and check if it's within your limits

Tip 6: Join Clubs and societies - some have student discounts for products in cafes and restaurants 

Tip 7: On Campus jobs can help you make some extra money

I used Indeed to find a job in Victoria Square. There are a lot of job opportunities in Belfast. It's good experience and will help you make your money go further.
