We will create development and progression opportunities so that employees can take ownership of their own career and personal development

Move your career forward with confidence. Through our Personal Development Review (PDR) process, everyone has the opportunity to have open and meaningful conversations about their development and career aspirations with their Reviewer.

The Career Development Hub is a new resource for staff that enables you to manage your own development and career aspirations through relevant and practical information, guides and resources. Whether you want to make an impact in your current role or are aspiring to move into a new role, the Career Development Hub helps you reflect on where you are now in your career and where you want to develop using a structured 3 step approach. The Career Development Hub will help you identify your strengths and development areas, signposting appropriate development opportunities and resources and in doing so, giving you the best chance of success.
