This workshop is designed for staff not currently in a leadership or management role, but who aspire to develop and ready themselves for such a role or find out more about the relevant skills and capabilities required.

Skills for Effective Mentoring
This workshop provides an understanding of the principles of mentoring, the core skills needed to provide an impactful mentoring experience, and how to develop an effective mentoring relationship and experience.
Introduction to Project Management Skills
This two part course will explore areas such as initiating a project, understanding why projects fail, and the project lifecycle. It will also cover running projects including managing risk, the importance of your stakeholders, and communication.
