Computer Assisted Assessment (CAA)

The system is supported by a variety of methods. On registering for use of the system you will be added to the University QuestionMark users SharePoint portal. You will be able to access FAQs, Training material and a dedicated discussion forum.

Please be advised that support calls for Questionmark should be logged via the University's IT Service Desk at the following URL: https://it.qub.ac.uk/sitehelpdesk/user/log.asp 
 
To log into the IT Service Desk, please use your ADS credentials (Staff Number and Password) and select New Call.  You can direct your query regarding Questionmark as follows:
  • Call Type - Select Type 'Services'
  • Category - Select Type 'Learning and Teaching' (Additional dropdown loaded)
  • Additional dropdown - Select Type 'Questionmark'

In order to register to use the software you must first attend the “Using Computer Assisted Assessment” training course which you can register for through Queen’s Online.

Centre for Educational Development provide pedagogic support in the use of CAA.
