If you are happy with the service you have received from us, or would just like to leave a comment or suggestion, we would love to hear from you.

We also want to know if there is any part of our service with which you are unhappy. We take all feedback seriously and we will take action when appropriate to do so.

Step 1 - Contact staff at nearest Service Point

Speaking to the nearest member of staff can often solve the problem. If you feel the need to make a complaint please contact library staff at service points in the first instance.

Step 2 – Contact the Library using the online form

If you cannot, or do not wish to make a complaint in person, you can record details of your complaint by completing the complaint section of the form found via the link below, Our response times are:

· Complaints will be acknowledged within one working day of receipt

· An initial response will be sent within 3 working days
