Purpose of This Page

This page is a proof-of-concept for our Central Chatbot Directory.
It brings together several of our existing department-specific chatbots into one integrated experience. The goal is to provide a single, central chatbot that can guide you to the right chatbot for your query. This webpage is where we can test this!

Directions

  1. Open the chatbot – Click the “Let’s Chat” button in the bottom-right corner of your screen to launch the chatbot window.
  2. Start chatting – Interact with the chatbot directly in the window. Feel free to try out some of our suggested test cases below!
  3. You can return to the Chatbot Directory anytime by typing "Chatbot Directory". Make sure to match the capitalisation.
  4. Close the chatbot – When you’re done, simply click the X in the top corner of the window.
  5. Share your feedback – Your input is invaluable! Please take a moment to fill out our feedback form so we can improve and shape the chatbot experience.
