Life Skills Certificate

If you attend a minimum of 6 of the Life Skills talks within an academic year and complete a summary of how these have impacted on your life then you will receive a Life Skills Certificate.

Life skills talks are scheduled on Managing Stress in Everyday Life, Dealing with Change, Understanding Anxiety and Depression, Understanding Group Thinking, Being our Own Worst Enemy, Speaking your Mind and Understanding Bereavement and Loss.
