Rejuvenation Yoga

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Through flowing movements that focus on breath synchronicity and awareness, you will nurture your body and mind by releasing mental tension.

A typical 'Rejuvenation Yoga' class with Instructor Gill will cover yoga postures, breathing practices, deep relaxation, meditation and revitalisation; helping to break cycles of stress and anxiety in a welcoming and supportive environment.
