DR ALEXANDER OSIPOV

Alexander Osipov was a Senior Research Associate of the European Centre for Minority Issues (Flensburg, Germany), heading ECMI’s Justice & Governance Cluster (September 2010-May 2017) following his work in the Russian Academy of Sciences and in the Human Rights Centre ‘Memorial’. His current research deals with ethnic and racial discrimination, autonomy arrangements, diaspora issues and ethno-cultural diversity policies. He is also doing research on post-communist transformation in Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, and Moldova. He has more than 120 academic and applied publications.
