Since October 2022, I am a PhD Student in Politics at Queen’s University. I hold a master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the Philipps University Marburg, Germany.

My research focuses on minorities in consociational democracies. I am particularly interested in if and how the representation of minorities works in post-conflict societies governed by consociational power-sharing mechanisms. Therefore, I will conduct qualitative research taking a closer look at the case studies of Northern Ireland, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Burundi.
