Megan graduated from Cardiff University in 2025 with an MEng in Medical Engineering.  Her dissertation project investigated the application of 3D-printed lattice structures to mimic soft tissue behaviour in the lumbar region of the back.  Megan joined ACRG to continue her research in additive manufacturing and is currently working on the development of an auxetic, drug-loaded mesh to reduce occurrence of capsular contracture in breast implants.
