Brew Monday is a Samaritans initiative that flips the idea of ‘Blue Monday’ on its head, encouraging people to connect over a cuppa and a chat to boost wellbeing and combat loneliness
We’ll also have Polaroid frames and ‘Dear Future Self’ letters - fun ways to capture your thoughts and start the term with intention.
