Yogesh Gupta is a research fellow at the Centre for Public Health and has several years of research experience in the area of bioinformatics analysis.

During his PhD and previous postdoctoral research training, he worked on epigenomics, transcriptome and microbiome analysis. He skilled in using high performance cluster (HPC) servers for large scale sequencing data analysis. He has also experience with several Bioconductor R packages, as well as statistical methods, for analysing sequencing data and correlating it with phenotypes. He is currently investigating the biological responses related to cognitive health within the SPACE project by using multi-omic approaches.
